watched the wedding date. a very predictable story. girl freaks out when dumped and runs away from home. and freaks out some more when invited to her oh-so-bitchy half sister's wedding. girl pays a social escort (enter pretty scrummy but ok la dermot mulroney fella) to play pretend. girl finds out morbid truth. girl falls in love. plot thickens. in the end, happily ever after. well. scripted speeches la, too scripted i can read the minds of the characters and pre-empt their moves. or is it just me? oh well. debra messing (the antagonist) kinda looks like the demure version of avril lavigne. haha. and a bit of alysson buffy's_lesbian_friend hannigan. but ok la. sets my heart a flutter but i din cry! hehe. my take: watch it if you want.
