oh k. catch the interpreter quick! it's like my first movie that's so not comical or typical love story. in retrospect, it has a truly riveting story plot with that dash of action and suspense. and must i say how gorgeous brit-accented nicole kidman looked in it? her hair just always seem so in place; albeit kudos to her hairdressers! for the uninformed, she plays this interpreter for UN and somehow found out an assassination plot for a UN representative when she overheard a conversation going on in a native African dialect. so she gets protected. or is she? watch it. just watch it.

fad was ryt about guess who when he said, "go dvd on this one". yurp, my thoughts exactly. alryt, watching it made me realise how hot ashton is but each time i see him, images of demi moore just keeps popping inta my head. so whats up with that? a wee bit of tears in the ending but kinda pre-emptive plot. white guy brought to a black girl's family gathering. tries hard to pls. just mayb a lil bit too hard. and yeah. find out for urslf. and it's not like slapstick-in-YOUR-FACE hilarious like white chicks but it has that funny bits here and there.
