last night was madness.
but pleased to inform that i've gotten to the root of the problem.
the supplement pills mum asked us to take : to be taken BEFORE food.

yeah yeah, my fault for taking them after food and thus the visits to my bathroom.

and the readings just keep piling up doesnt it?
madness.

and charlie and the chocolate factory was an absolutely entertaining movie;
despite what jazz thinks of it,
i think it rocks !!!
